Closure:  good original unlined zinc cap with two top lugs, with GILLINDER & BENNETT'S 1865 patent date stamp still partially readable

Appearance: sparkling glass

Condition:  normal nicking of the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base: unmarked

Age:  1860's

Availability: rare with this cap
