Closure:  a fine original CFJCo zinc cap

Appearance: whittled and sparkling glass character throughout

Condition:  edge chipping on the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong in a large oversized lettering style

Base:  "1"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability: scarce and a beautiful old jar
