Size: overall height 8-3/4
Color: AQUAMARINE
Mouth Finish: sheared and fire polished mouth
Appearance: untouched dug condition with haze and ground wear
Condition: no chips or cracks
Base: open pontil scar
Notes: Possibly a glass-blower's end-of-day piece. The body is a typical free-blown chestnut form, but the shaped top indicates that a dome-shaped inlet section was being used by the glass blower to form the flask, but here the over-blow area was left attached. The neck is sheared off and fire-polished to form a small tubular mouth.
