Closure:  original lettered zinc insert and aqua liner, with a Betts band

Appearance: crude, bubbly and sparkling glass

Condition:  edge flaking on the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base:  "PATd NOV 26 1867" encircling a "55"

Age:  1870's
