DESCRIPTION

A rare clear version of the insert lid for the Perfection-closure BALL MASON jar 238-5 or 273-9. Unlisted in clear glass. Most of the previous known examples are white milk glass.

Size: roughly 2-3/4 inches in diameter 

Color: COLORLESS

Condition: two tiny edge chips

Age: early 1900's

Availability: extremely rare
