DESCRIPTION

Size: HALF GALLON

Color:   AQUAMARINE

Closure:   zinc cap

Appearance:  sparkling glass

Condition:  edge flaking on the ground mouth

Embossing: strong, and with a peened out "PORCELAIN LINED" on the backside

Base: "PAT FEB 4 73 PAT NOV 26 67" encircling a "117"

Age: 1870's

Availability:  scarce in half gallon size and a sharp example
