DESCRIPTION

Size: US HALF GALLON

Color: COLORLESS

Closure: crown glass insert and a zinc screw band

Appearance: shiny with a faint trace of deposit

Condition: running along the ground mouth is a crack or bruise as shown

Strength of embossing: the lettering is medium, the pictorial is strong

Base: unmarked

Age: late 1800's

Availability: an uncommon and appealing pictorial jar
