Color: AMETHSYT TINTED

Closure: original matching amethyst color glass lid with 1886 patent date, and scarce original iron clamp assembly

Appearance: shiny exterior, with some haze deposits on the interior

Condition: roughness and flaking of the ground mouth all around

Embossing: strong

Base: "1"

Age: late 1800's
