Closure: original unmarked glass lid (edge chips) and original zinc band

Appearance: shiny glass

Condition: chipping of the ground mouth

Embossing: strong and the embossing is superimposed over a peened out "BEST" which is still barely readable

Base: unmarked

Age: late 1800's
