Closure:  original long-stemmed immerser lid (edge flaking on the lid) and original wire bail

Appearance:  shiny glass

Condition:  nicking of the ground mouth

Embossing: strong and crisp

Base: "M"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability: scarce jar and a great looking example
