Appearance:  whittled and sparkling glass, has a skin-deep open bubble on the inside

Condition:  shallow chip on the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base: "PAT NOV 26 67" encircling a "183"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability: scarce and a great-looking whittly example
