A light aqua quart embossed on the front in an arch: "MANSFIELD".  Correct original closure including the zinc cap with impressed lettering and correct glass insert. Nice condition with sparkling glass and no damage or stains. The glass insert lid has a flat chip on one edge. Base: "MANSFIELD GLASS WORKS KNOWLTON PAT MAY '03".
