DESCRIPTION

Size: QUART

Color: AMBER

Closure:  plain (not button) amber glass insert in the exact matching color and a metal screw band

Appearance:  sparkling appearance with some crude slag streak swirls embedded in the glass

Condition:  no damage including an excellent ground mouth with very little nicking

Embossing:  strong pictorial and strong lettering

Base: "9"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability: a scarce early pictorial quart and a beautiful example
