An amber shoulder seal quart embossed: "MASONS (Hero Cross) PATENT NOV 30TH 1858". Clean glass without damage or stains. Has some flaking on the inner rim of the mouth. The lettering was highlighted by a previous collector as shown, which is of course removable. Base: Hero date encircling "501".
