Color:   BRIGHT DEEP FOREST GREEN

Closure:  heavy applied ring collar mouth made for a wax-covered cork stopper

Appearance:  shiny glass with minimal wear

Condition:  no damage

Embossing:  10-petal design

Base: bare iron pontil scar

Age:  c1850-1860

Availability:  scarce early jar and a great-looking example
