A greenish half gallon embossed with a set of flags and: "CANADIAN FRUIT JAR". Some of the embossing shows a light impression. Original glass lid and original wire bail closure. Heavy glass in sparkling condition without damage or stains. There is a small manufacturer's potstone in the back with small radiations as shown. The ground mouth displays the usual roughness and flaking. Base: unmarked. A very scarce old Australian jar.
