Size:   QUART

Color:   AQUAMARINE

Closure:  original glass insert (chips) and scarce original zinc band with knurled upper edge (the band won't tighten snugly but is very solid with no holes or splits)

Appearance:  whittled and sparkling glass throughout

Condition:  a chip on the ground lip

Embossing:  strong

Base: unmarked

Age:  c1870

Availability:  extremely scarce
