DESCRIPTION

Size:  QUART

Color:   AQUAMARINE

Closure:  original glass lid and original cast iron yoke clamp with thumbscrew and original wire

Appearance:  seedy and sparkling glass

Condition:  edge chipping on the ground mouth, small skin-deep bubble burst on the back

Embossing:  strong

Base: the letters "VA - NV - LI - ET" are arranged around 4 points of the base to form "feet"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability:  scarce and a great looking example
