DESCRIPTION

Size:  QUART

Color:   DEEP AMBER

Closure:  original matching deep amber glass lid and original zinc screw band (horizontal split in threads of band, but quite solid)

Appearance:  sparkling glass

Condition:  normal roughness and flaking of the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong (PANSY is superimposed over an erased BEST)

Base: unmarked

Age:  late 1800's

Availability:  scarce and a great looking example
