Size:  PINT

Color:  DARK OLIVE

Closure:  original (the lid is not quite as dark as the jar, but a close match)

Appearance: sparkling glass with a slight whittled effect

Condition:  sealing ledge area has a crack (right side as shown) which will never be seen with the closure in place

Embossing:  strong

Base: "PUTNAM 109"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability:  very scarce in this fantastic deep green color
