Color:  AQUAMARINE

Closure:  metal looks old but is a very fine replica with aged patina

Appearance: sparkling glass

Condition:  edge flaking on the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base: "PATd NOV 26 1867" encircling a "1"

Age:  c1870

Availability:  uncommon early jar and a sharp-looking example
