DESCRIPTION

Size:  QUART

Color:  AQUAMARINE

Closure:  zinc cap

Appearance: has two horizontal bands of scuffing that encircle the middle and shoulder of the jar....surprisingly this was most likely done in the making during the lip grinding process

Condition:  edge flaking of the ground mouth all around

Embossing:  medium

Base: "1"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability:  scarce early Ball jar
