DESCRIPTION

Size:  HALF GALLON  -  QUART

Color:  Light APPLE GREEN  -  AQUA

Closure:  zinc caps

Appearance: shiny glass

Condition:  the HG has a vertical crack in the lip in back

Embossing:  strong

Base: a large 5-pointed star

Age:  late 1800's

Availability: scarce early 1858 jars attributed to Ball Bros
