DESCRIPTION

Size:  HALF GALLON

Color:  AMBER

Closure:  original

Appearance: Shiny glass. Has a dark vertical streak of color up the front as shown. Also has a crude glob of extra glass pressed into the base. Small onion skin type bubble burst on the front.

Condition:  normal nicking of the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base: "GILBERDS 8"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability: scarce, with appealing crudity
