DESCRIPTION

Size:  HALF GALLON

Color:  AQUAMARINE

Closure:  Sun Moon Star logo zinc cap

Appearance: beautifully whittled and sparkling glass

Condition:  normal flaking of the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong, and note the reduced size of "1858"

Base: unmarked

Age:  1870's

Availability: scarce mold and a beautiful jar
