Closure:  original glass lid (flakes around the dimple) and original metal clamp assembly

Appearance: shiny glass with seed-bubbly character and heavier weight glass than usual

Condition:  edge flaking of the ground mouth all around

Embossing:  strong

Base: "65"

Age:  late 1800's
