A rare HALF GALLON sized version, in a medium to deep amber color. Embossed with a Hero Cross above "MASONS PATENT NOV 30TH 1858". Good strong and sharp embossing, and no damage or stains throughout. Displays a nice light whittled effect. Excellent ground mouth with very little nicking. Base: "PAT NOV 26 67" encircling a mold number: "92". Very scarce in half gallon size, and a gorgeous example.
