Closure:  Original zinc band with soldered vertical lugs, original glass insert with embossed berry sprig. The band has some thread splits but solid, and has a strip of tape on the inside to permit it to tighten firmly onto the jar.

Appearance: whittly and sparkling glass

Condition:  shallow chipping on the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base: "19"

Age:  late 1800's
