Closure:  unmarked matching color glass insert, and an old replaced wire bail assembly

Appearance: some traces of content haze

Condition:  edge chip on the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base:  "PUTNAM 645"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability: rare in any size, but especially in pint size
