Color: DEEP AMBER

Closure: original milk glass insert with SMALLEY logo and a zinc screw band

Appearance: shiny glass

Condition: flaking of the ground mouth

Embossing: base only, with a tombstone-shaped slug plate on the front of the jar for a label space
