DESCRIPTION

Size: HALF GALLON

Color:  AQUAMARINE

Closure:  Patd 1865 glass insert (edge flakes) and zinc screw band

Appearance: shiny glass

Condition:  normal flaking of the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base: "2" embossed backwards, note the early style sharply-squared heel shape

Age:  1860's

Availability:  scarce
