DESCRIPTION

Size:  HALF GALLON

Color:  AQUAMARINE

Closure:  original glass lid and original lugged zinc band

Appearance: sparkling glass

Condition:  normal flaking of the ground mouth, flake on the bottom edge of the glass lid

Embossing:  strong, and note the unusual small lettering style from this mold

Base: "D198"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability: scarce
