Closure:  original glass cap insert (hazy lid) and original screw band

Appearance: sparkling glass with a hammered whittle effect all over

Condition:  normal flaking of the ground mouth

Embossing:  very strong

Base: "G"

Age:  c1870

Availability: scarce with this degree of appealing glass character
