Size:  HALF GALLON

Color:   YELLOW GREEN

Closure:  zinc cap

Appearance:  crude, seedy and sparkling glass

Condition:  edge chipping on the ground lip

Embossing:  strong

Base: "A8" over a "B"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability:  scarce and a beautiful looking old 1858 jar
