Closure:  Original wide mouth lugged cap with milk glass liner. Has a vertical split in one edge.

Appearance: sparkling glass

Condition:  normal flaking of the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base:  unmarked

Age:  1870's

Availability: rare oversized jar and a beautiful specimen
