Closure:   Comes with an early glass lid with round center dimple and an old-looking metal yoke clamp with cam lever. Although the jar is listed with a metal lid as being correct, it has been theorized that a glass lid could have been introduced later. The lid has a flake off the bottom edge.

Base: has three raised "feet"
