An unusually dark shade of amber, this half gallon shoulder seal jar is embossed in sharply raised lettering: "MASONS CFJCo PATENT NOV 30TH 1858". Shiny glass with no damage other than some roughness and flaked bruising on the ground mouth. Has two small open bubbles on the exterior. Base: "E25". Comes with an exceptionally nice CFJCo zinc cap as shown. A great looking dark colored jar.
