DESCRIPTION

Size:  HALF GALLON

Color: MEDIUM AMBER

Closure: original white milk glass pickle-pusher immerser insert and a zinc screw band

Appearance: shiny

Condition: roughness and flaking of the ground mouth, and another flake running along the inside edge of the ground mouth that is not quite detached

Strength of embossing: strong

Base: "H 19" (the "9" is weak)

Age: late 1800's

Availability: extremely rare
