DESCRIPTION
An aqua tall-shaped half pint "Salesman Sample" Lightning style jar. Embossed on the front heel area: "REGISTERED US PATENT OFFICE" and on the base: "TRADE MARK LIGHTNING PUTNAM 436". This particular version is considered the scarcest of the 4 styles in the series. Shiny glass with original glass lid. The metal closure is a replica. No damage, other than the usual minor flaking of the ground mouth.
