DESCRIPTION
Size: QUART
Color: BALL BLUE
Closure: zinc cap
Appearance: shiny glass with "steamy" swirls of bubbly character to the glass
Condition: no damage, has a small manufacturer's underfill in the neck bead in back
Embossing: strong
Base: "6"
Age: early 1900's
Availability: Scarce, the jar was blown in a mold acquired by Ball in their buy-out of the Greenfield Fruit Jar and Bottle Co. Presumably the mold was originally cut as "BOYD PERFECT MASON" and then reworked to read Ball.
