DESCRIPTION
Size: QUART
Color: AQUAMARINE
Closure: correct small mouth style high-finned glass lid with built-in seal-breaker notch, and the original brass wire clamp
Appearance: sparkling glass
Condition: normal nicking of the ground mouth
Embossing: strong, and notice that the previous "ROCHESTER NY" lettering was removed from the mold with two sections of steel plate which were riveted in place, leaving a clear impression of these alterations on the lower front of the jar
Base: unmarked
Age: late 1800's
Availability: rare small mouth version and a great looking example
