Color: AQUAMARINE
Closure: original tin cap with some of the patent date lettering visible and original wire clamp, the cap has the typical pinholing around the turn of the bottom flange
Appearance: shiny glass, has been pro-cleaned, with some wear remaining
Condition: manufacturer's edge chipping of the ground mouth all around
Embossing: strong
Base: "PAT NOV 26 1867" encircling a "5"
Age: c1870
Availability: very scarce with original cap
