DESCRIPTION
Size: QUART
Color: AQUAMARINE
Closure: correct original glass lid and correct original 3-piece iron clamp and wrap-around wire. The metal is very clean with no rust at all. This is the scarce side-wire version.
Appearance: shiny
Condition: no damage, the ground mouth has flaking off the edges
Strength of embossing: strong
Base: "5" and the mold was modified to fill in a once-deeper side-wire groove
Age: late 1800's
Availability: scarce and a fine example
