DESCRIPTION
Size: QUART
Color: colorless
Closure: door-knob shaped stopper with a polished bottom surface which was intended to sit flush on the top of the polished mouth of the jar and seal by surface tension
Appearance: sparkling glass with swirly character
Condition: one edge chip on the lip, and another manufacturing side chip on the edge of the mouth that was polished out in the original making
Embossing: n/a
Base: pontil scar
Age: 1860's
