DESCRIPTION
Size: QUART
Color: AQUAMARINE
Closure: correct original glass cap insert lid with two patent dates (edge chips on lid at the seal breaker notch) and rare stamped THE QUEEN zinc band in nice shape. Note that the band patent dates are not the same as the dates on the jar.
Appearance: sparkling glass
Condition: edge chipping on the ground mouth,has an open bubble inside
Embossing: strong
Base: "H"
Age: c1870
Availability: scarce jar and rarely found with the period band stamped THE QUEEN
