Closure: original tall-shaped unmarked glass cap and a zinc screw band
Appearance: sparkling condition with a spot of light deposit on the back
Condition: no damage including an excellent ground mouth with very little nicking
Strength of embossing: strong
Base: "PATd JAN 19 1869" encircling a "22"
Age: late 1800's
Availability: extremely rare, only 3 examples are known
