Availability: Rare. Fresh to the market, this rare Hemingray black glass Mason was found in the crawl space under an early house near Dayton, Ohio. The Hemingray Glass Company (Cincinnati, OH and Covington, KY) made black glass items for only one year, in 1877. A fantastic find and a beautiful early jar.
