Closure: rare original unlined brass cap with 2 vertical iron lugs on top, and impressed 1857 patent date
Appearance: shiny
Condition: the ground mouth has a shallow chip running along the top edge, the brass screw cap has one tiny pinhole in the side
Strength of embossing: strong
Base: mold seam straight across
Age: late 1850's
Availability: extremely rare with this brass cap variation
