DESCRIPTION
A medium to deep amber quart shoulder seal jar that is embossed on the front "MASONS (over a large gap) PATENT NOV 30TH 1858". A superb example with good strong embossing and sparkling glass displaying no damage or stains. There are no open bubbles. Even the ground rim is near perfect with very little nicking. On the base is an embossed "26". A great looking original amber Mason jar.
