Base: open pontil scar and signed by etching "WVG 99" (for Wheaton Village Glassblowers....these jars were blown by the glassblower artisans at Wheaton Village, NJ....Frank Stubbins, Jeff Vanaman, Harry Deemer, Jim Engleman)
Age: blown in 1999
Availability: very few made, first cobalt blue example we've seen
